Act II 

Château de l’Éclair and Astral continue their gastronomic tête‑à‑tête at the “Bienvenue en Beaujonomie” festival. 
On Friday, June 19, let yourself be guided into a suspended universe, where the wines of Château de l’Éclair converse with the cuisine inspired by Chef Ronan Lavillaugouet, head of Astral, a gastronomic address on rue Royale in Lyon. 

Trained in exceptional establishments and enriched by travels around the world, Ronan Lavillaugouet now creates seasonal, precise, and luminous cuisine that reinvents the codes of Lyonnaise gastronomy. 
For this evening, he will craft a tasting menu as a true journey, where each plate is conceived as a setting for a meticulously selected wine, composing a subtle symphony in which food and wine become one.

    Château de l’Éclair is a historic wine estate nestled in the heart of the Beaujolais des Pierres Dorées. On 20 hectares of vineyards, the estate produces characterful wines centered around the great grape varieties Gamay and Chardonnay, as well as more confidential varieties such as Muscat, Gamaret, and Gaminot. Certified Terra Vitis® and Organic Agriculture, Château de l’Éclair places sustainable viticulture at the core of its work, in respect of soils and biodiversity. Its experimental winery, dedicated to research and innovation, makes the estate a unique place in France whose primary mission is to imagine and experiment with the wines and practices of tomorrow.
